Q3: Can I get a sample before mass order? How much is your sample fee? Is it refundable?
A3: Sample is available,but you need to pay the sample cost and the payment will be refund to you once the order is confirmed.
Q4: How do you ensure the planters not broken during the transportation?
A4: We use strong plywood slat box with carton box inside,this can avoid the crash with other sharp or heavy products.
Q5: How long could I get my goods after placing an order?
A5: The production takes about 20-25 days to complete and the shipping need about 20-25 days to your port. About 60-70 days in total.
Q6: What other products do you supply?
